Servings: 4 What you’ll need: Directions: Core out the center of four apples as wide as possible without breaking the apple. Use the remains of those apples (without seeds) and the other two apples and chop into bite size pieces. Fill the four apples with the bite size pieces. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Shred some apple cheddar cheese over the four apples. Place under broiled until cheese is melted. Remove from broiler once cheese is melted. Place apples on white plates and drizzle with caramel and more cinnamon sugar (to taste). Serve. Wine Recommendation: Trinchero Chardonnay
